What data we process

What you type into the form: name, email, company (optional), the topic you choose and your message. Please do not send special categories of data, such as health data.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we make no automated decisions with it.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask about a project, and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for any other enquiry.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If we end up working together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. If not, we delete it once the conversation is over. The form does not store messages in any database: it sends them by email.

Who else is involved

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website and the form we use these providers, acting as data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and running the form.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivering the form message to our inbox.
• The provider of the hola@ourown.studio mailbox, where messages are received.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to hola@ourown.studio. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and stores nothing in your browser. That is why we do not ask you to accept cookies.
